777hd Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Our Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Where the singular is used, it includes the plural and vice versa. References to a person include legal entities, partnerships, and unincorporated bodies.

These Terms & Conditions shall be read together with the 777hd Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. Where any conflict arises between this document and a more specific supplementary document, the more specific document shall prevail to the extent of that conflict.

In order to create and maintain a 777hd account, a Player must at all times satisfy the following eligibility conditions:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the life of the account;
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process, including full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, email address, and phone number;
• Complete the mandatory KYC verification process by submitting a valid and unexpired CNIC and, where required, a recent proof of current address;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 777hd or any of its affiliated companies;
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 777hd or any other gaming operator where that exclusion has not expired;
• Not hold any existing 777hd account, whether active, suspended, or previously closed;
• Be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited under applicable local law.

777hd reserves the absolute right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, including where the Company suspects that false information has been provided or where eligibility criteria are not met. The Company may request additional documentation at any point to verify the identity, age, or source of funds of any Player.

Each Player may hold only one account. The maintenance of multiple accounts — whether through the use of different email addresses, names, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777hd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus funds held therein, and, where fraud is suspected, withhold pending withdrawal requests pending investigation.

Players are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their 777hd account credentials, including their password, two-factor authentication codes, and any security questions or recovery details. 777hd strongly recommends that Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts and use a unique password not shared with any other online service.

Players must notify 777hd immediately via live chat or the support email address if they become aware or suspect that their account credentials have been compromised or that their account has been accessed without authorisation. 777hd will not be liable for losses sustained as a result of unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to safeguard their credentials or to report a suspected compromise in a timely manner.

• Players must keep their registered contact details, including email address and phone number, up to date at all times;
• Account names may not be changed after registration without formal identity re-verification;
• Players may not transfer, sell, assign, or allow access to their 777hd account to any third party;
• 777hd may conduct enhanced due diligence at any time, including requesting source-of-funds documentation prior to processing withdrawals above specified thresholds;
• Accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months may be reclassified as dormant. Dormant accounts remain accessible but may be subject to an administrative fee as disclosed in the fee schedule published on the platform.

Player funds held in 777hd accounts are maintained in segregated accounts separate from the Company's operational funds, in accordance with the obligations imposed by 777hd's international gaming license. This means that player balances are protected in the event of Company insolvency, subject to the terms of the applicable regulatory framework.

All financial transactions on the 777hd platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777hd does not accept or process deposits or withdrawals in any foreign currency. The payment methods accepted by 777hd are:

• JazzCash mobile wallet (instant credit);
• EasyPaisa mobile wallet (instant credit);
• HBL bank transfer;
• UBL bank transfer;
• Meezan Bank transfer.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of a value equal to or greater than the withdrawal amount requested. 777hd reserves the right to apply enhanced source-of-funds verification to withdrawal requests that exceed established thresholds. All withdrawal requests are subject to the successful completion of KYC verification prior to first release of funds.

777hd does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, where a Player's payment provider imposes their own transaction charges, those charges are borne by the Player and are outside 777hd's control. Players should verify their payment provider's fee schedule independently.

Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may, at 777hd's discretion, be subject to a review process prior to withdrawal to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. 777hd is obliged to report suspicious financial transactions to the relevant authorities under its international gaming license obligations.

777hd may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, enhanced odds promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who hold a fully verified 777hd account with completed KYC documentation;
• Welcome bonuses are available once only per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method;
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before those funds become eligible for withdrawal;
• Wagering contributions differ by game type — slots typically contribute at 100%, live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate, and certain game types may not contribute at all;
• Bonus funds and real funds are tracked separately in the 777hd wallet. Real funds are used first for wagering unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms;
• 777hd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, the use of wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements at minimal risk, or the provision of false information to obtain a promotion, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure;
• Bonus funds have a validity period after crediting, after which they expire without conversion to real funds if the wagering requirement has not been met.

777hd's decisions regarding bonus eligibility, wagering satisfaction, and bonus fund calculations are final. Players who believe a bonus has been incorrectly applied or calculated should contact the support team in the first instance. 777hd will review all such requests and provide a reasoned response.

All bets placed and games played on the 777hd platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport, or event as communicated within each game or betting market. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Bets placed and accepted are binding and cannot be cancelled by the Player once placed, except where cancellation is explicitly permitted by the rules of that specific product or where technical error is demonstrated;
• 777hd reserves the right to void any bet where the outcome has been determined by error, where odds were manifestly incorrect, or where the bet was placed after the event or outcome was already known;
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session or slot game, the session outcome will be determined in accordance with the applicable game provider's technical failure rules, which are disclosed within the game interface;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each game and betting market as displayed within the relevant interface. 777hd reserves the right to impose individual account stake limits at its discretion;
• The results produced by the 777hd Random Number Generator (RNG) for software-based games are certified by independent auditors and are final. The same finality applies to outcomes determined by physical events in the HRG Live casino studio.

Cricket betting markets on the 777hd platform, including PSL, international Tests, T20Is, and other sanctioned competitions, are governed by the rules of the relevant cricket governing body in addition to the 777hd sportsbook rules. In the event of match abandonment, suspension, or rescheduling, bets will be settled in accordance with the 777hd sportsbook settlement rules published on the platform.

• Registration or use of the platform by any person under the age of 21;
• The creation or use of more than one 777hd account;
• The provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documentation during registration or KYC;
• Any form of collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in poker, sports betting, or any other product;
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform without express written authorisation from 777hd;
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — Players who discover such issues are required to report them to 777hd immediately;
• Systematic or deliberate exploitation of bonus terms for financial gain without genuine recreational intent (bonus abuse);
• Any attempt to launder money, conceal the proceeds of crime, or use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate recreational gaming and betting;
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour towards 777hd staff, support agents, or other Players in any communication channel.

All content on the 777hd platform — including but not limited to the 777hd name, logo, domain name, game interfaces, software, graphical elements, text, data compilations, and all other materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of 777hd or is used under licence from third-party rights holders. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions constitutes a transfer or assignment of any intellectual property rights to any Player.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777hd platform solely for the purpose of personal recreational gaming and betting in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any platform content without prior written authorisation from 777hd;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software made available through the platform;
• Framing, mirroring, or otherwise incorporating any portion of the platform in another website or application without express written consent;
• Using any platform content for commercial purposes, including advertising or marketing of competing services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777hd's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount of real funds (excluding bonus funds) held in the Player's account at the time the liability arises.

777hd shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of business, goodwill, or reputation;
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage of any nature;
• Loss or corruption of data arising from use of the platform;
• Service interruptions caused by events outside 777hd's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events;
• Loss arising from a Player's failure to safeguard their account credentials or to log out from a shared device.

777hd is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and sustainable gaming environment for all Pakistani players. In fulfilment of this commitment, 777hd provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible from the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off period when increased;
• Session Timers: Players may set session duration reminders that notify them when a specified amount of time has been spent on the platform;
• Loss Limits: Players may cap the amount they are willing to lose over a defined period;
• Reality Checks: Automated prompts at user-defined intervals reminding Players of time spent and funds wagered in the current session;
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which the Player cannot log in or deposit;
• Self-Exclusion: A formal, irrevocable account suspension for a minimum period of 6 months, extendable to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

777hd trains its support agents to identify indicators of problem gambling behaviour and to respond appropriately, including by directing Players to available tools and external support resources. Players who are concerned about their own gaming behaviour or that of someone they know are encouraged to contact the 777hd support team, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in both Urdu and English.

In accordance with the age restriction policy of 777hd and responsible gaming best practice, Players who are 21 years of age or older remain solely responsible for ensuring that the platform is not accessed by minors in their household or under their care. 777hd recommends the use of parental control software as an additional protective measure where children may have access to devices used to access the platform.

777hd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, 777hd will notify registered Players by email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the platform prior to the amendments taking effect. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players who do not accept the revised terms should cease using the platform and may request account closure.

Players may close their 777hd account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure:

• Any real funds remaining in the account balance will be returned to the Player via their last-used payment method, subject to standard KYC and anti-money-laundering verification;
• All bonus funds and associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon account closure;
• Account data will be retained by 777hd for the period required under its international gaming license obligations and applicable data protection requirements.

777hd reserves the right to close any Player account immediately and without prior notice where the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, where fraud or illegal activity is suspected, or where maintaining the account would conflict with the Company's regulatory obligations. In such cases, 777hd will communicate the reason for closure to the extent permitted by legal and regulatory constraints.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777hd holds its international gaming license.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 777hd arising from these Terms & Conditions or from the Player's use of the platform, the following process shall apply:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: The Player should contact 777hd's customer support team in the first instance and allow a reasonable period (no less than 14 days) for the Company to investigate and respond;
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved informally, the Player may submit a formal written complaint to 777hd's compliance team, who will provide a substantive response within 28 days;
• Step 3 — Alternative Dispute Resolution: Where a complaint remains unresolved following Step 2, the matter may be referred to the independent dispute resolution service designated by 777hd's gaming license authority. Details of the designated ADR service are available on request from the 777hd support team.

Nothing in these dispute resolution provisions prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent imminent harm or to protect intellectual property rights.
